Refund Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. Thank you for using Jourhney. We value your business and want to ensure you understand our refund policy. By using our web or mobile application for payments, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Charges

2.1. When cancelling an order, you have the right to do so at any time for any reason. However, please note that our refund charges are as follows:

For all customers: 5% of the total fee will be deducted as a refund charge.

2.2. We will refund the balance after deducting the applicable refund charge to your initial means of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the total payment made due to transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

3. Exceptions

3.1. The only exception to our refund policy is if Jourhney cancels the transaction for any reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including any charges incurred.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

4.1. To request a cancellation and refund, please send a request to admin@jourhney.com with the Jourhney transaction order number stated in the email.

4.2. Refunds will be processed within 2 - 4 working days upon receiving your request. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

5. Refund Methods

5.1. Refunds may be processed back to the original payment method or a provided bank account, depending on the circumstances.

5.2. Certain refunds may be sent back to the original payment method used for the initial payment. Please note that the processing time for refunds sent to the original form of payment may take 2 - 10 business days, and we have no control over this timeline.

6. Cancellation Fee for Unresolved Orders

6.1. Any pending order with unresolved issues from the customer, with no response or resolution within 48 hours, will be cancelled. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 3% for customers in Nigeria and the total payment for customers in other countries will be deducted from the processing payment.
