"Jourhney" refers to Jourhney, Limited., a company providing a web application for facilitating payments.

"You" and "your '' refer to the user of the Jourhney Application or Service. "Beneficiary" denotes the individual or entity to whom you intend to send a payment or money through the Jourhney platform.

2.1. By downloading, accessing, or using the Jourhney Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jourhney, Limited.

3.1. You may use the Jourhney Application solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jourhney account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1. By initiating a payment through Jourhney, you authorise Jourhney to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of the transaction, including any applicable fees.

4.2. Jourhney will disclose all applicable fees and charges before you confirm a payment transaction.

5.1. You represent and warrant that all information provided to Jourhney, including but not limited to beneficiary details, payment amounts, and payment methods, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

5.2. Jourhney relies on the information provided by you and does not verify the accuracy or completeness of such information.

6.1. Payments initiated through Jourhney are processed promptly, subject to our processing times and the availability of the payment method.

6.2. Once a payment is initiated, it may not be reversible or cancelable.

7.1. Jourhney will endeavour to deliver payments to the designated Beneficiary promptly.

7.2. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the Beneficiary's payment processing methods or systems.

8.1. Payments may involve currency exchange if the payment is made in a currency different from your account's currency.

8.2. Currency exchange rates used by Jourhney are based on market rates and may include a markup.

9.1. You agree to use Jourhney only for lawful and permissible payments.

9.2. Jourhney reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

10.1. Jourhney may reject or delay payments for various reasons, including but not limited to insufficient funds, suspected fraud, or legal obligations.

10.2. We will notify you of any rejected or delayed payments and provide reasons where possible.

11.1. Jourhney's liability is limited to the total amount of the transaction and any applicable fees paid by you, except where prohibited by law.

11.2. Jourhney shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Jourhney Service.

12.1. If you believe there is an error in a transaction or an unauthorised transaction has occurred, you must notify us promptly for resolution.

12.2. Refunds or cancellations are subject to our policies and may involve processing fees or other charges.

15.1. By using Jourhney, you consent to receive electronic communications, including email notifications, alerts, and messages related to your account and transactions.

15.2. You may opt out of certain electronic communications by contacting Jourhney's customer support.

16.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jourhney regarding the use of the Jourhney Application and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

16.2. We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Jourhney Application.

18.1. The processing speed of payments may vary depending on factors such as the payment method, banking institutions involved, and public holidays.

18.2. Jourhney will make reasonable efforts to process payments promptly and in accordance with your selected processing speed preferences.
